Arun Creative Stitchers(ACS) (formerly Arundel Creative Embroiderers) is an independent stitch group.
ACS is organised by a steering group with the support of all its members. Membership is open to everyone who shares an interest in embroidery and textiles, whether an experienced embroiderer or a beginner keen to learn new techniques. Monthly meetings are held on the 4th week of each month. At least once a quarter we will have a speaker demonstrating their expertise in a specific technique or genre and other branch meetings will be ‘Simply Sewing’ afternoons when members can learn from each other and take part in branch joint projects. The annual membership includes entrance fees to the monthly branch meetings and a copy of the monthly newsletter.

All meetings are open to visitors at £6 per session. Visitors may attend a taster session for £6 before joining as a full member.
In addition to group meetings a less formal ‘Sit and Sew’ meeting is held on the 2nd week of each month. Members can work on individual projects or join in a group project. There is a cost of £5 per session which includes refreshments.
We hold the group meeting 2-4pm on the 4th Monday of the month at the Jubilee Room in the Arundel Museum, Mill Road, Arundel BN18 9PA. Car Parking: paid parking is available in the adjacent castle car park.
2-4pm on the 2nd Monday of the month join us to Sit and Sew, at Barnham Community Hall, Yapton Rd, Barnham, Bognor Regis PO22 0AY. Free car parking is available outside the hall.
